*Our grantee partners are doing incredible work in the community - advancing an equitable, just, and vibrant Central Jersey Shore. We believe in the sharing of stories, learnings, and accomplishments of people, organizations, and community. Each week, we will highlight a grantee partner who we have funded in the prior quarter. Please visit their websites and learn more about how they are impacting the people they serve and the greater community.*
Meet *Garden State Esports (GSE)**!*
A nonprofit founded by educators, Garden State Esports is the organizing body of scholastic esports for New Jersey. Their mission is to create high-quality, student-centered experiences through scholastic esports so ALL students can use esports as a platform to grow socially, emotionally, and academically.
GSE envisions a future where esports, like traditional sports, is recognized as a key contributor to positive youth development. They aim to lead this change, adapting to the evolving needs of their students and community. Their commitment to academic excellence, diversity, and comprehensive education in esports distinguishes them as a leader in the scholastic esports field.
