Meet Community Options and the Daily Plan It!
Community Options believes in the dignity of every person, and in the freedom of all people to experience the highest degree of self-determination. Community Options has opened the Daily Plan It, located at 510 South Main Street in Forked River, NJ. The Daily Plan It is an innovative model that trains and employs people with disabilities while supporting local small businesses.
